Why collaboration?

Located in the same building, Blueprint Occupational Therapy and Delano Counseling and Wellness have formed an exceptional collaboration to offer a one-of-a-kind and highly effective service. By working together, we can provide skill-building groups, support groups, and seamless communication between providers to ensure continuity of care.

Blueprint Occupational Therapy specializes in hands-on, real-life tasks and practical exercises aimed at developing the skills necessary for daily life experiences. On the other hand, Delano Counseling and Wellness deliver successful counseling services through guided self-exploration and personal accountability.

By combining our expertise, we create a powerful duo that ensures you receive the best of both worlds – practical skill development and supportive counseling. The synergy between our services is the key to achieving your goals and improving your overall well-being.

And the best part is, we genuinely enjoy what we do! Our passion for helping individuals like you shines through in our collaborative efforts to bring you the highest quality care possible.

Who is Delano Counseling and Wellness?

Kelly May

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I have a desire in working with adolescents, couples, and family systems. I have a lot of experience in working with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, suicidal ideation, low self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, trauma, abuse, and personality challenges.

I am passionate about the work I do in helping others and walking alongside of them in their journey. I believe it is Gods desire for me to help others. I do, however, know that  not everyone shares the same viewpoint. I am here to help anyone, no matter your values or religious beliefs. I honor and respect where everyone is at in their spiritual journey.

I use a client centered approach to help clients focus on attainable goals to work towards, as well as combining other modalities such as; cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and emotionally focused approaches. I believe in meeting clients where they are at on their journey and collaborating care with them to reach their desired goals.
